An Authentic Ramen Experience in the Heart of Zug

An Authentic Ramen Experience in the Heart of Zug

Takeramen was born out of a shared passion: the desire to bring the authentic flavors of Japanese cuisine to Zug. Building on the success of Take Sushi, Peter Gyurian and Jozef “Dodo” Krajcovic have created a new culinary concept centered around ramen.

Takeramen is more than just a restaurant. It is a place where traditional Japanese flavors meet modern hospitality, and every dish is freshly prepared with care, passion, and high-quality ingredients.

More than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry

Peter Gyurian’s culinary career began in 1995. Over the past three decades, he has gained valuable experience in Hungary, Ireland, and Switzerland, continuously deepening his knowledge of Japanese cuisine and gastronomy.

During his career, he met his current business partner, Jozef “Dodo” Krajcovic. For more than six years, they worked closely together and developed not only a strong professional partnership but also mutual trust and a shared vision.

In 2021, Peter Gyurian founded his first company, Black Gold Fish. The positive experiences and the trust of their guests motivated them to develop further concepts. This led first to Take Sushi and now, as their latest project, Takeramen.
